American Meetings, Inc.

Looking for no hassle, easy to build scenic sets that can be ground supported with minimal rigging? John Cotter from American Meetings Inc. found the perfect solution. For his recent show in January John went with all soft elements to create his environment, easy on the pocket and a snap to set up. Combining two 12' and two 14' Triosk Panels and a 12' x 8' Bradford Panel framed with translucent white Trapeze John helped create the center stage backdrop.

These components were easily ground supported, a snap to set up and very affordable. Off stage the 2 screens were surrounded and rigged with 16' high, 4 point white stretch fabric. To complete his set John and his crew projected some stylish gobos and colorful illumination resulting in a classic image. Thanks for the biz John!

AGF Media Services

Cade Rhudy, Sr. Project Manager from AGF Media Services out of Van Nuys, California put together a striking awards set from our Cy-Tower collection. For a dramatic backdrop he arranged the panels into a concave — convex serpentine effect. His lighting crew then applied their skills backlighting the undulating panels. For an award counter he added a Cy-Tower Kiosk and completed the set with a Large Cy-Tower Podium.

Both the awards table and the podium were internally lit to add another facet to this striking scenic ensemble. As a first time client, Cade did a great job maximizing the full range of utility from one of our most versatile and time-tested scenic systems.
