5 Tips on Getting Prompt/Accurate Proposal Quotes

With the way technology is evolving there are more demands upon your valuable time. Clients want rendering and quotes back in nanoseconds and the pressure to perform has reached new levels. Here are some tips from our account manager Charles Lippross that will enable you to receive fast and accurate proposals from CDP, allowing you to get quotes in your client's hands on time and win that show!

1. Let us know your design ideas. We offer a complete rental stock of modular components that can be designed for any stage environment, exhibit venue or theme event. Add some logos or branding from your client and you will not only create a targeted design in your proposal but you'll be able to up sell the custom graphic feature as well.

2. What's your budget? Everyone has that champagne taste with a beer budget. Let us know your maximum budget for the stage sets needed, including shipping costs, and we'll design that "champagne" set that meets your client's guidelines!

3. Dates for install and breakdown-this will help us determine logistics for shipping your products to the venue. Insuring a smooth flow with the production schedule at your site venue will eliminate any unnecessary headaches during install and strike.

4. Venue name and Ballroom name-We can download the room specs directly from the venues website, and if we've used that venue previously we may already have the room dimensions in the system. These specs help us identify the access from the meeting space to the shipping/receiving area for determining immediately what kind of set can be designed.

5. Room size, Ceiling height, stage size and screen size- Critical factors that determine what and how many modular components are needed to create an accurate scaled rendering as well as detailing line item sizes and quantities for your proposed quote.
